Silicone Diaphragm Valve, also known as Diaphragm Seals and Membrane Valve, One Way Valve, serves as a flexible membrane between the fixed and moving part, which is excellent for flow control in low-pressure device. Silicone Rubber Diaphragm usually consist of elastomer and some are reinforced & bonded with etal or plastic depending on the intended use.
Silicone Rubber Diaphragm Valve has a wide range of application, such as Pressure Gauge, pressure transmitter, sanitary (toilet diaphragm seal), non implantable medical devices (like diaphragm valve in ventilator), Pumps (like Breast pump diaphragm) etc

are elastomeric valve components that have a diaphragm shaped sealing disk or an umbrella shape if you like.
These elastomeric components are used as sealing elements in backflow prevention devices or oneway valves or check valves, in vent valves or pressure relief valves and in metering valves. When mounted in a seat, the convex diaphragm flattens out against the valve seat and absorbs a certain amount of seat irregularities and creates a certain sealing force.
