Silicone Elbow Hose/Tube Manufacturing Way:

Silicone elbow tubing can be made by rubber compression molding and plastic / injection molding with different rubber or plastic materials, like silicone, liquid silicone or PP.

 

1. By compression molding	Tolerance is small, can achieve to ±0.05mm, and the production efficiency is high, while the mold tool cost is high compare to the extrusion mold.
2. By extrusion molding	Tolerance is high, generally it is from ±0.5mm~ ±1mm, and production efficiency is low, but the mold tool cost is cheap than compression molding.
