Nitrile Rubber gaskets, also known as NBR Gasket and Nitrile Ring Gasket, are made of a rubber also known as Buna-N elastomer, which is the most widely used elastomer for electronic, medical, automobile, pipeline, machinery products or device sealing, processed by compression molding, die cutting, LSR injection molds, rubber transfer molding, and rubber injection molding etc.
Nitrile Gasket has excellent oil resistance, abrasion resistance and water resistance. Nitrile Sealing Gasket usually can work in low temperature from -34ºC to -40ºC and high temperature up to 121ºC. Nitrile Rubber Material has good adhesion to metals, thus we usually manufacture Nitrile Rubber Bonded Seals Washer.
