Custom Medical Device Plastic/LSR Injection Respirator Breathing Mask

We can make mould tooling and manufacture the all components of manual resuscitators according to customers' 3D drawings or samples. 

The material of these umbrella valves, flap valves, duckbill valves, o-rings, pressure limiting valve and other silicone parts are medical grade silicone. The patient valves and intake valves are made of PVC through plastic injection mould. The ventilation bag can be made of PVC and silicone or LSR by compression molling or injection molding.

About the breathing mask, it can be made of PVC for disposable use, or be made of LSR (liquid silicone rubber) for reusing.
