Liquid Silicone Plastic Keyboard

Liquid silicone overmolding plastic keyboard is made from plastic keyboard overmolded with liquid silicone button, also called lsr overmolding plastic keyboard, which has good tactile feeling because of plastic keyboard base and elastic liquid silicone button.
It is well known that general plastic material is not resistant to high work temperature, such as PP that cannot resistant to temperature over 130 ºC, otherwise PP will be melted gradually.
So when our customer tell us that they want to customize this , we suggest liquid silicone overmolding.


First, molding the plastic keyboard base by plastic injection molding, then let the plastic keyboard be coated with agent/primer, and dry it.
Finally, put the plastic keyboard base into lsr injection mold cavity and let the plastic keyboard base overmolded with liquid silicone.
